3.0- City Champion!!! Finally, after an extremely long playoff format, today was the end. I played another long 3 set match and eventually came out on top, even after I lost the first set.

The injury on my arm is from running full speed into the net trying to get a drop shot. I hit it but it didn't go over, not that it would have mattered since I collided with the net.

Toughest, most draining singles match I've played since I started tennis. Started off playing really well and then was getting lobbed and dinked to death. Then the soreness and fatigue set in.

Since I played tennis until 11pm I kind of ran out of time for anything creative tonight, however, I found this completely badass beetle at the courts while I was playing. Dude is huge!!! I got my finger in the shot for a size relationship.

If I had to come back as a bug I think this might be near the top of my list, he's one mean lookin mofo! His appearance just screams out, "DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!"

This was also the first time I got to use my DIY lightbox with a bug of any kind.

Quicksand is one of those things I've never seen but would like to see atleast once. It feels like a myth to me for some reason, it can't be real, just seems silly.... Or I'm silly.... whatever.

I can't believe Michael Jackson died today. Crazy. I don't care how strange he had become there is no denying the impact he had on the music world. He was amazing and I doubt there is anyone in the world that didn't like atleast one of his songs. I myself was a huge MJ fan, the Thriller album is one of only 4 actual records I own.
